The so-called compounding is to bond the two total materials together, and the ink surface is stuck in the middle of the two layers of materials, such as pa (nylon) / pe (enhanced), wherein nylon is the first layer of material, that is, printed material, pe (enhanced) ) is the second layer of material, that is, composite materials, and in some cases there will be third and fourth layers of materials. It is usually necessary to inspect the previously printed material one step before compounding to eliminate the poorly printed material.
Five, curing, slitting / bag making
The slitting is for the automatic packaging film (pillow packaging film), and the bag making is made into a packaging bag by the bag making machine.
