1. Three-side sealing pocket
The three-side sealing pocket has two side seams and a top seam pocket, the bottom edge of which is formed by a horizontally folded film. Such bags can be folded or not, and when folded, they can stand upright on the shelf.
One of the deformations of the three-side sealing pocket is that the bottom edge formed by folding the original side is realized by bonding, so that it is essentially a four-side sealing pocket.
2. Back sealing bag
Back sealing bags are also called pillow-shaped bags. The bags have back, upper and lower seams, so that they have the shape of a pillow. Many small food bags are usually packed in pillow-shaped bags. The back seam of the pillow-shaped bag forms a fin-shaped envelope. In this configuration, the inner layers of the film are sealed together and the seam protrudes from behind the packaged bag. Another type of closure overlaps the closure, with the inner layer on one side bonded to the outer layer on the other side to form a flat seal. Since the "fir"-shaped seal is relatively strong, and as long as the inner layer of the packaging material is heat-sealed, it is widely used. The "overlapping" seal is relatively unsound, and the inner and outer layers of the bag are required to be heat-sealing materials, so not many are used.
The top and bottom seals are bonded to the inner layer of the bag.
3. Folding pocket
The hem bag is also called the folding bag and the organ bag. It is the deformation of the back bag, and the two sides of the bag are folded in to form the M shape. If the M type is asymmetrical, it is also called a trapezoidal hemming bag.
4. Four side sealing bags
Four-side sealing pockets are usually made of top, side and bottom edge seals of two (roll) materials. It is possible to use two different plastic resin materials if they can be bonded to each other compared to the previously mentioned bags. If you make it, make a four-side sealed pocket that is bonded to the front. The four-sided sealing pocket can be made in various shapes such as a heart shape or an oval shape.
5. Zipper bag
A bag with an easy-open zipper is placed on the three-side envelope and the main bag.
6. Three-dimensional bag
There are many types of three-dimensional bags, mainly the following types:
1 A bottomed boat-shaped stand.
2 folding bottom integrated three-dimensional bag.
3 oblique knife heat sealed three-dimensional bag.
4 bottle-shaped knife-shaped three-dimensional bag.
5 The three-dimensional bag with mouth is divided into a three-dimensional bag with a diagonal mouth and a three-dimensional bag with a roof cover.
6 air pressure standing pouch.
7. Shaped bag
Fruit shape, cartoon shape and other shapes.
8. Hand bag with handcuffs
The hole shape has a triangle shape, a butterfly shape, an airplane shape, a circular hole, a semicircular shape, a waist drum shape, and the like.
