Structure characteristics of the spout bag

- Nov 18, 2019-

The spout bag is an emerging beverage and jelly bag developed on the basis of the stand-up bag.

The structure of the spout bag is mainly divided into two parts: the nozzle and the stand-up pouch. The self-standing bag portion is identical in construction to the conventional four-side stand-up pouch, but composite materials are generally used to meet the requirements of different food packaging. The nozzle part can be regarded as a special bottle mouth with a straw. The two parts are closely combined to form a beverage package that supports smoking, and since it is a flexible package, there is no difficulty in smoking, and the contents are not easily shaken after sealing, which is an ideal new type of beverage packaging.

The biggest advantage of the nozzle bag over common packaging forms is portability. The mouthpiece bag can be conveniently placed in a backpack or even a pocket, and can be reduced in size as the contents are reduced, making it easier to carry. At present, the soft drink packaging on the market is mainly in the form of PET bottles, composite aluminum paper bags and cans. In today's increasingly homogenized competition, the improvement of packaging is undoubtedly one of the powerful means of differentiated competition. The spout bag combines the repetitive packaging of PET bottles and the composite aluminum paper bag. At the same time, it also has the advantage that traditional beverage packaging can't match in printing performance. Because of the basic shape of the self-standing bag, the display area of the spout bag is obvious. A package that is larger than a PET bottle and superior to a Tetra Pillow that cannot stand. Of course, since the spout bag belongs to the category of flexible packaging, it is not suitable for the packaging of carbonated beverages at present, but it has unique advantages in juice, dairy products, health drinks, jelly foods and the like.
